Moving our bodies in a rhythm to express emotions or in exercise mode, is good!
Pay close attention to your body language and thoughts, especially words, what comes out will never go back!
Dancing and juggling throughout our lifetime is part of human beings’ experiences, to release feelings as we go forward,
Keeping balance and a good attitude will impact positively the outcome of daily living,
Keep maneuvering to turn always in the right direction so that we stay in tune with our minds, body, and souls.
To keep in shape, our body is God’s Temple, to reflect good deeds.
Sometimes we find ourselves ready to go but need to wait for the next move,
To help one another to grow and prosper in spirituality so that one day we will dance the last one with Him.
Life provides different rhythms so you may adjust accordingly not knowing what will be the next one,
Finally it’s time to do our last movement, we’re free to go home!
